Job summary

Stanton Optical is hiring a Sales Consultant for a store location in the United States. You will create an easy and memorable experience for patients, helping them select eyewear and services while working toward sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Minimum 1+ year of customer service in retail is expected; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent communication and schedule flexibility are valued to support growth opportunities with Now Optics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service experience in retail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and guide them through an easy, memorable shopping experience.
• Assist in choosing eyewear within budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescriptions and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with company policies.
• Perform basic maintenance and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and assist in the lab area.
• Keep track of delivery times and service commitments.
• Other duties as assigned.
