Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will greet customers, assess eyewear needs, and guide them through our sales process to deliver affordable eyewear and a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote products to meet eyewear requirements
• Assist customers to choose eyewear within budget and eye care needs
• Troubleshoot prescription issues and resolve complaints
• Aim for sales goals while complying with policies and procedures
• Maintain quality standards, housekeeping, and safety requirements
• Assist in lab tasks and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Notify management of equipment issues and order discrepancies
• Monitor delivery times to patients and meet commitments
• Other duties as assigned
