Job summary

Oakley is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Kenwood Towne O Store in Cincinnati. The role partners with the store manager to learn all aspects of store management, delivers exceptional customer service, drives sales, and protects company assets.

You will guide the team, ensure visual standards, coordinate tasks, and support revenue and profit objectives while adapting to a dynamic retail environment. Previous retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to work open/close hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to train staff and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high sales performance and drives revenue goals.
• Assist store manager in training and supervising staff.
• Schedule work hours following payroll guidelines.
• Oversee merchandise displays and restocking flow.
