Job summary

Oakley Boise Town Square is seeking a Sales Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining Oakley's visual standards.

You will schedule staff, train team members, and ensure compliance with policies while protecting assets. The role requires 2+ years retail experience and 1+ year in management, plus flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least two years of retail experience in a specialized environment
• At least one year of retail management experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and to lift up to 40 lbs
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results
• Assists the store manager in training and managing all employees in daily tasks and to maximize sales
• Assigns employees to tasks and helps schedule work hours per payroll matrix
• Ensures compliance with company communications by overseeing merchandise presentation and displays
• Coordinates restocking and flow of goods from warehouse to floor
• Oversees staff adherence to company policies and standards
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the store manager
