Responsibilities

• Finish, surface, or coating duties per SOPs.
• Operate machines to cut/size lenses and mount into frames.
• Inspect lenses for optical and cosmetic quality.
• AR coating staging, clipping, hard coat inspection and monitoring.
• Sandblast operation and general equipment upkeep.
• Onboarding/training new teammates and rotating roles as needed.
• Lead duties as assigned by supervision.
