Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks an Associate Technician to support the production department at our Minnesota facility. You will help ensure productivity and quality while following work instructions and collaborating with supervisors and team members.

The role emphasizes equipment setup, adherence to safety, and active participation in training and problem-solving to maintain smooth operations and a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize, maintain organization and meet strict deadlines.
• Reliable in attendance and punctuality, including breaks and lunch periods.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and motivates others to follow work instructions.
• Completes equipment calibration and setup; reports maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Identifies quality, process and workflow problems; informs Supervisor of issues.
• Participates in training; mentors new hires and cross-trains associates.
• Communicates with Supervisor; participates in team meetings and shares input.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area; reports safety issues.
• Supports safety requirements and policy compliance.
