Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is recruiting a Part-Time Sales Associate to join Macy's eyewear departments in the United States. You will help customers select frames, apply prescriptions, and deliver an exceptional eye care experience.

This role emphasizes delivering sales results, using POS systems, and coordinating with opticians to ensure accurate measurements and fitting. You will maintain store appearance and foster respectful teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate measurements to ensure best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure displays/inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
