Job summary

Eye Boutique, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an eyewear specialist to provide exceptional patient experiences through precise fittings, measurements and frame selections. You will help establish Eye Boutique as the premier destination for vision needs in the community.

The role requires ABO certification, strong customer service, and comfort with POS and patient records systems. Must be able to work weekends/evenings per location and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ABO Certification required.
• Knowledge of optics and dispensing eyewear preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale and patient record systems.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and places prescription in lenses.
• Lead in optical acumen and support peers.
• Take and record measurements; ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand patient needs.
• Assist peers with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Adhere to company policies and inventory procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain high KPIs.
