Qualifications

Experience in optical product sales and customer service.
Proven ability to lead, coach and build relationships with staff.
Strong understanding of store operations and success standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication for team management.
Organizational skills to plan work and monitor progress toward goals.
Ability to analyze, create and understand financial reports.
Demonstrated problem solving across varied scopes.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, including personnel management and inventory control.
Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
Communicate with leadership and provide store reporting as required.
Ensure promotions, advertising and visual merchandising are in place.
Supervise Opticians and Sales associates and drive day-to-day tasks.
