Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant on Johns Island to support doctors and teams, helping patients see, look, and be their best. Training will be provided for those with no optical experience.

You will learn about eyewear products, assist with frame and lens selections, explain insurance benefits, and contribute to a friendly, patient-centric office. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about eyewear industry, products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection and educate on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales and office goals through a patient-centric experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyewear from a wide selection.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
