Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and retail experience, preferably in optical.
• Knowledge of current optical theory.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Convey commitment to unsurpassed patient care.
• Support achievement of practice KPIs and change initiatives.
