Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional eye-care shopping experience. You will help customers select frames, interpret prescriptions, and coordinate measurements with the optician to ensure accurate fittings.

In this role, you’ll maintain store presentation, build relationships with customers, and contribute to sales goals. Previous retail or service experience is helpful, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription knowledge to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with the optician.
• Take measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with staff as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory, ensuring displays are clean and organized.
