LensCrafters in the San Antonio area seeks a Sales Associate to deliver the best customer experience in eye care and eyewear, and to support the store’s sales goals. You will cultivate relationships and assist customers with lens options and fitting.

In this fast-paced retail role you will use prescriptions to guide recommendations, perform measurements with optical tools, maintain displays, and promote an inclusive, helpful store environment. Benefits and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales goals by growing existing customer relationships and attracting new clients.
• Use optical prescriptions to guide lens and coating recommendations.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and measurements with optical tools.
• Maintain store displays, inventory, and a clean, organized environment.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful store culture among customers and staff.
