The role requires strong customer service, retail experience, and knowledge of optical products, with flexible weekend/evening work to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and retail experience; preferably in optical and patient experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise or ability to master in short timeframe.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Support primary care functions and patient flow in the practice.
• Assist in pre-exam activities and selling products; demonstrate product knowledge.
• Support practice management in delivering key performance indicators; participate in leadership tasks.
