Job summary

LensCrafters in Beavercreek, OH is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure a high-quality patient experience. You will greet customers, explain tests and services, and support both the doctor and retail teams to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include performing pre-exam testing assistance, handling patient records per HIPAA, operating the POS, and maintaining accurate inventory and displays. Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
