Job summary

Warby Parker is hiring an Optometric Technician to work closely with our optometrists in a fast-paced store environment. You will manage high volumes of patients, perform pre-testing, assist with contact lens training, and help ensure efficient eye exam operations.

The role requires precise data collection, comfortable use of medical applications, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach. Experience in a medical setting is a plus, with full-time or part-time flexibility depending on store

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and doctors.
• Proficient with medical data collection and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between doctor and patient.
• Perform pre-testing such as autorefraction, visual acuity, and eye pressure.
• Support in eye exams and training for contact lens insertion/removal.
