Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for eye examinations by briefing them on preliminary testing procedures.
• Perform all preliminary tests and any doctor-requested tests for patients.
• Assist optometrist/ophthalmologist with patient procedures and exams.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and manage patient flow, communicating delays as needed.
• Prepare exam room by cleaning instruments and restocking supplies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
• Support office manager/physician team with assigned duties as required.
