Midwest Eye Consultants in Noblesville, IN seeks a Technician to support eye examinations by preparing patients, rooms, and conducting preliminary testing under physician direction. This role contributes to accurate data collection and smooth clinic flow.

No prior experience required—our team provides comprehensive training to help you grow in patient care and clinical tasks, with opportunities for certification and advancement.

Qualifications

• Prepare patients for eye examinations by communicating the features and benefits of our preliminary testing procedures.
• Perform all preliminary and any doctor requested tests on all patients.
• Assist optometrist and ophthalmologist with patient procedures.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and monitor patient flow throughout the office, properly communicating delays.
• Prepare exam room by cleaning instruments and maintaining inventory of medications and supplies.
• Provide a safe, clean, organized and inviting environment for both patients and staff.
• Perform other duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by the office manager or team lead, and doctor(s).
