Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Comply with state and national guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy clinical environment by following rules.
  • Open and close exam lanes daily; sanitize and power down equipment.
  • Perform patient workups, pre-exam testing, specialized testing, refractions, and other services.
  • Record all information in the EMR accurately as required by physicians.
  • Assist in daily office cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate across departments and assist other teams when needed.
  • Maintain professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
  • Meet physical demands including standing and assisting wheelchair-bound patients.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
