Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Practice Liaison based in Swansea, IL with travel to surrounding areas to implement a coordinated referral partner marketing plan. The role focuses on originating and growing referrals, increasing physician loyalty to EyeCare Partners, and supporting multi-disciplinary operational efficiencies.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare and sales/marketing, strong communication, project management, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in healthcare industry and 3–5 years in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate and execute visits with current and potential Physician referral sources (80–90% in field).
• Use CRM to build and maintain referral sources across markets.
• Be the initial contact for referral sources if concerns arise with referred patients.
• Investigate issues and drive operational process improvements.
• Gather data to determine priority areas for growing referrals to EyeCare Partners providers.
• Plan and execute regular educational seminars, grand rounds, and meet-and-greets with referral sources for Physicians and team.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to develop and expand satellite locations.
• Educate and drive initiatives (ATIOL conversions, surgical co-management, online portal adoption).
• Partner with leadership and growth teams to co-develop organic growth strategies and market analysis.
• Be contact for medical, trade and Physician organizations in current and future markets.
• Work on internal and external liaison-related marketing initiatives.
• Participate in Physician recruitment interviews to communicate the Liaison role.
• Develop and execute new EyeCare Partners provider introductions and practice-building initiatives.
• Facilitate co-management relationships with Doctors and referral sources.
