Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and follow-up in fast-paced patient care environments.
• Ability to learn practice systems, technology, and workflow tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, team coordination, and service execution.
• Work on the practice floor across multiple functions to support patient care, staffing, and operational execution.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and development of team members.
