Rosin Eyecare in Northbrook, IL, is seeking a Managing Optometrist to lead clinical operations and maximize patient care quality. This full-time role partners with TeamVision (Luxottica) to oversee optometrists, ensuring top standards and growth for the practice.

You will manage KPIs, mentor Associate ODs, and uphold the standard of care while delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of sound business management practices.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling vision for the future and develop clear goals with the store manager and field leader.
• Set objectives and manage KPIs with high accountability for Associate OD’s.
• Ensure Standard of Care is met as agreed with the private practice owner.
• Lead and manage Associate OD’s to provide excellent patient care.
• Recruit, interview and select high-caliber talent for Associate Optometrist openings.
• Forecast staffing needs and adjust scheduling to meet patient demand.
• Maintain safe working environment and ensure license scope compliance.
