Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
• Document patient information, update records, and process payments
• Answer calls, emails, and faxes; triage inquiries
• Maintain confidential patient records and organize front desk
• Schedule appointments and prepare charts for scheduled patients
• Handle administrative reports and information transfers
• Cross-train and assist other departments as needed
