Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience with at least 1 year providing administrative support
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective verbal communication skills for prioritizing tasks and handling inquiries
• Strong written communication to document customer interactions and draft letters
• Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
• Ability to assess customer needs and ask pertinent questions
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling patient information
• Comfort with remote/hybrid engagement and camera presence when applicable

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out to support patient satisfaction
• Document patient information, update records, and collect payments
• Triage inquiries received by phone, email, and fax
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
• Schedule appointments to maintain patient flow and prepare charts
• Perform administrative tasks such as reports and release of records
• Keep front desk organized and manage entry area
• Participate in special projects and cross-train in other departments
