You will hire, train, schedule, coach, and manage daily operations while collaborating with doctors to ensure top-notch patient care and product guidance. This role emphasizes accountability, brand standards, and a positive office culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail or healthcare environment.
• Optical experience with troubleshooting glasses and guiding lens options.
• Natural communicator who connects easily with people and sets clear expectations.
• Thrives on structure, detail, and continuous improvement.
• High standards, integrity, and accountability for team performance.
• Availability to work during office hours, including some Saturdays.
• Willingness to travel to support other office locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Driving results through service excellence, team accountability, and understanding office metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborating with doctors to ensure patients receive the best care and the right products.
• Managing inventory, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring brand standards daily.
