Responsibilities

• Support remote eye exams including pre-testing, testing, and video conferencing coordination.
• Assist in transitioning patients to retail staff with doctor recommendations.
• Maintain patient flow and schedule exams per company guidelines.
• Instruct patients on contact lens care and handle orders for lenses.
