• Experience in retail management or clinical leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Occasionally act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals.
• Coach Doctor Technicians on diagnostic testing and clinical standards.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate patient records.
• Support execution of PEG clinical standards and training guidelines.
