Job summary

Printpack Inc. is seeking an Extrusion Supervisor to lead a 12-hour day shift (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). The role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement, providing both people leadership and technical guidance to meet operational goals.

Lead a cohesive, high-performing team, coach production associates, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and waste reduction while maintaining accurate documentation and traceability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and develop production associates through coaching and training.
• Plan and review daily production and waste reporting for accuracy and traceability.
• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with PM, Planning, Maintenance, and Quality teams on improvements.
• Maintain inventory and ensure clean, organized work areas and traceability.

The Extrusion Supervisor leads a team of manufacturing associates by creating an environment built on safety, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
