Location: North Liberty, IN

All shifts available

Job Responsibilities:

1. Works on the Extrusion Press Line and communicates effectively with fellow employees.
2. Inspects material for squareness, flatness, bow, and gauge as specified on work instructions.
3. Operates the saw safely and efficiently, maintaining quality cuts.
4. Understands saw blade styles and troubleshooting common issues.
5. Performs saw duties based on work instructions.
6. Operates stretching equipment according to order specifications.
7. Monitors metal quality during stretching using micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
8. Maintains a clean and debris-free work area.
9. Performs basic maintenance on saws to ensure optimal performance.
10. Trains backup operators.
11. Acts as a backup to press operators and head stretchers, requiring cross-training.
12. Reads and follows process sheets and written instructions.
13. Works collaboratively with team members at all levels.
