Job summary

Polyzen, Inc. is seeking an experienced Extrusion Line Lead for the 2nd shift. The role ensures efficient extrusion operations, aligns with monthly production metrics, and upholds safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will supervise a team, manage changeovers, and mentor junior operators. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 7–8 years in manufacturing or cleanrooms, with strong math, blueprint reading, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7–8 years of manufacturing or cleanroom experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in MS Office and tools handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine setups and production runs to meet product specs.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on extrusion equipment.
• Assemble/disassemble extruders for cleaning and changeovers.
• Follow GMP and GDP in daily tasks and maintain quality records.
• Train junior operators and act as SME for extrusion.
