Job summary

Polyzen, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician II for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00 pm–1:00 am) to manufacture high-quality polymer-based medical device materials and assemblies.

You will support development and production lines, adhere to GMP/GDP, and contribute to safety, quality, and cost targets. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in manufacturing or cleanroom settings, strong math skills, blueprints literacy, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two(2) to Three(3) years of experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP.
• Ability to solve mathematical equations including units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble products and sub-assemblies within specifications and tolerances.
• Follow GMP and GDP in daily tasks.
• Use production travelers and documentation to confirm raw material accuracy before runs.
• Assist senior operators with loading machines and setting up runs.
• Document production metrics such as yield and quality of materials.
• Assist with visual inspection using precision measuring equipment.
• Assist with cleaning of cleanroom areas and gowning rooms.
