Job summary

System One is seeking a Product Support Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support for extrusion processes and customers. You will perform onsite surveys, troubleshoot equipment, and support customer success through field service excellence.

The role requires extensive travel to customer facilities, with collaboration across Georgia and Wisconsin to drive installation, testing, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service, industrial maintenance or technical customer support experience.
• Experience with extrusion equipment or plastics processing systems preferred.
• Onsite troubleshooting and direct customer interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical field service support and onsite inspections at customer facilities.
• Diagnose extrusion system issues, evaluate mechanical and process components.
• Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting and customer training.
• Prepare technical reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and operations across GA and WI.
