Job summary

KraussMaffei Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, installation, repair, and optimization of KraussMaffei equipment at customer sites across the multi-regional footprint.

The role requires extensive travel (85%+), live in KY/IN/OH/TN, and hands-on troubleshooting, reporting, and customer training, with OSHA/Safety adherence and consistent handoff to the Customer Care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience in a manufacturing or technical field.
• Competency in workflow software (MS Office, Innosoft, Concur, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and restore function of KraussMaffei equipment on-site or remotely.
• Commission equipment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper handoff.
• Review work, costs, and time with manager and customer; document thoroughly.
