Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Auburn, WA is hiring for a packaging associate to ensure product quality and adherence to standards. The role involves operating packaging equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining accurate paperwork across long day shifts.

• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and quality standards
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to understand and follow safety polices
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• No experience required. Manufacturing and Extrusion experience highly preferred

Base Pay: $21.50 - $22.50

Day Shift: 6AM - 6:30PM Rotaing shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels
• Associate maintains paperwork as required
• Performs online quality inspections
• Operates packaging equipment
• Associate visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $20.50 per hour to $21.50 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
