Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Extrusion Operator for the Day Shift in Auburn, WA. The role involves inspecting extruded products for consistency, maintaining paperwork, and performing online quality checks while standing for 12-hour shifts.

A tape measure literacy and basic math are essential. Experience is not required, though manufacturing and extrusion familiarity is preferred; safety policies must be followed and a pre-employment drug screen and background check will be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure to 16th of an inch.
• Related machine operation experience.
• Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts, and bend and lift.
• Basic Math skills.
• Ability to read English and quality test product.

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $21.50 - $22.50

Day Shift: 6AM - 6:30PM Rotaing shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Extrusion Operators visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.

• Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels
• Associate maintains paperwork as required
• Performs online quality inspections

• No experience required. Manufacturing and Extrusion experience highly preferred

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $20.50 per hour to $21.50 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
