Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's Parker Chomerics division in Massachusetts is hiring a Manufacturing Associate I to support production targets. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will join a LEAN, high‑performance team focused on quality and safety, working 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM EST.

You will handle raw materials, operate basic machines, assist extrusion and molding, complete daily documentation, and coordinate with Quality Control, Logistics and Process Engineers to ensure on‑time delivery and

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 0-2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Able to stand long durations and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify and load raw materials from freezer and prepare dies for jobs.
• Use calipers, verniers and measuring devices on basic machines.
• Support extrusion and molding operations and maintain quality checks.
• Complete daily documentation and reporting metrics on time.
• Communicate issues to leaders and engineers and troubleshoot basics.
• Work cross-functionally to support extrusion, molding, trimming and splicing.
