Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I in Woburn, MA. You will help meet productivity and quality goals in a LEAN environment, cross training in various value streams, and supporting engineering and quality teams.

The role operates 2:15 PM–10:45 PM, with pay ranging from $19 to $31 per hour and eligibility for an annual incentive program. A strong safety mindset and ability to work with hazardous chemicals are required.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read work orders and blueprints a plus.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination a plus.
• Ability to stand for long durations up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Verify needed raw materials, tools, and equipment to perform basic machine operations and/or assembly work.
• Perform assistance on multiple machine setups and basic operations to prepare, process, and inspect parts for quality and output.
• Complete daily documentation and reporting metrics accurately and on time.
• Package products and materials appropriately to support workflow completion.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate issues to leaders and engineers.
