Openings for Extrusion Operator. In this role, you will operate an extruder machine in a safe manner, produce quality products with minimal scrap, meet production schedules, and keep your work area clean. The starting pay can be up to $22.00/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Run Equipment: operate an extruder to create film, perform light maintenance, and report major issues.
• Follow Instructions: understand and follow work instructions to meet production, scrap, and quality standards.
• Ensure Compliance: maintain certification standards, good housekeeping, and product quality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good math, measurement, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (e.g., 2 days on, 2 days off)
• Willingness to work overtime

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.
