Responsibilities

• Operate an extruder machine to produce film, perform light maintenance, and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Follow work instructions to meet production, quality, and scrap standards.
• Maintain compliance with certification standards and uphold good housekeeping practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Preferred: Minimum 1-year manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication, math, measurement, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (e.g., 2 days on, 2 days off) and overtime.
