Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure externship sites with hospitals, clinics, labs, EMS, and other healthcare providers.
• Build a pipeline of externship opportunities to meet student placement demand.
• Lead outreach: cold calls, in-person visits, networking at events.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to align capacity with enrollment growth.
• Maintain compliant partnerships with California laws, HIPAA/OSHA standards.
