POSITION TITLE
External Wholesaler - Long Term Care Insurance/Solutions

YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Intermediary Distributors (BGA/IMO) and other partners to generate Long Term Care sales with assigned accounts.
- Develops and implements wholesaling business plans for assigned accounts to deliver on sales goals and provides management with suggestions for the development of sales strategies, marketing plans, revenue targets, and profit/loss forecasts.
- Educates assigned accounts (and back-office staff) on the benefits of offered products and services for their clients through individual or group meetings presentations, including virtual and in person visits, seminars and conferences/trade shows participation.
- Work closely with assigned internal wholesaler support to deliver sales goals by identifying and fostering leads generated from referrals, ad campaigns and territory canvassing.
- Regularly updates wholesaling activity in CRM data on current and proposed sales activity.
- Manage expense account within allotted budget.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Preparing and delivering clear, convincing and professional sales presentations to small and large audiences.
- Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

- This position is available to remote applicants residing in the United States. The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $100,000 up to the maximum of $150,000. An employee’s pay position within the base salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 75% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.
