Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an ESS Site Leader for the Mason Bus and Innovation Center to act as the single point accountable between P&G and the contract manufacturer. You will own operational results, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional support from planning, quality, purchases, and finance to ensure base capabilities meet P&G needs.

Responsibilities

• Single Point Accountable for the CM and operational results.
• Maintain CM scorecard and operating strategy.
• Ensure site meets P&G production needs (service).
• Support QA and quality initiatives at CM sites.
• Drive cost reduction and Kaizen for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate FCR processes and timely responses.
• Communicate production plans to CM with SNO considerations.
