Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s Alexandria Plant seeks a Plant Facilities Services Leader to set strategy and govern delivery of facilities standards. You will drive safety, stewardship, and operational excellence while influencing EVE, innovation, and technology use to deliver exceptional experiences for site resources.

You will partner with HR and leadership to implement a master plan, optimize vendor relations, and manage daily operations, safety incidents, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of facilities experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven project leadership and ability to manage timelines and budgets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop master plan and strategic direction for site facilities services with vendors and internal partners.
• Drive safety, quality, budget adherence, and maintenance planning through daily management systems.
• Lead value creation through savings, productivity, and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and financial management of facilities services including audits and rate reviews.
• Collaborate with site leadership and HR to deliver improvements and effective stakeholder engagement.
