Job summary

Turing seeks a Chief of Staff to the CEO, based in the US, to amplify external conversations and advance strategic initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in investor engagement, lab partnerships, and board communications, ensuring alignment with the CEO's agenda and company goals.

You will lead high-stakes projects, build scalable relationship systems, and travel to support activities with executives and partners across the frontier AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• 2+ years at a top-tier Silicon Valley venture firm — Associate or Senior Associate.
• Exceptional written communication skills with experience producing investment memos, board materials, executive communications, or strategic presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams with exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and operate with flexibility around international schedules.
• Experience supporting fundraising, capital formation, M&A, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience working directly with CEOs or executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Capital Agenda and investor-relations materials.
• Deliver the external narratives for meetings with investors, lab leadership, board, press, and strategic partners.
• Drive strategic partnerships with frontier labs and enterprise relationships.
• Build and sustain executive-relationship intelligence with briefing docs and timely follow-ups.
• Execute high-impact special projects requiring judgment, discretion, and thorough staff work.
