Job summary

Aegis AI is seeking a Chief of Staff to amplify the CEO and founding team. You will drive execution of the company’s highest priorities, partner on strategic initiatives, and ensure leadership focus on high-leverage work.

You will act as a surrogate for the CEO in key meetings, lead cross-functional projects, and help shape investor communications as the company scales in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Executive Force Multiplication: Own the leadership team's operating rhythm.
• Special Projects & Incubation: Take "vague" but critical problems and own them until solved.
• Strategic Communication: Draft board decks, memos, and investor updates.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Partner with CEO on fundraising rounds and data room.

Responsibilities

• Executive Force Multiplication: Own the leadership team's operating rhythm and board prep.
• Special Projects & Incubation: Lead high-impact projects from ideation to hand-off.
• Strategic Communication: Synthesize breakthroughs into clear narratives for stakeholders.

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Manage data room, investor outreach, and storytelling.
