Job summary

Turing, based in San Francisco with a Palo Alto footprint, seeks a dynamic senior operator to act as the CEO's external force multiplier. You will be in the room for pivotal external conversations with investors, frontier AI labs, and enterprise leaders, translating dialogue into decisive outcomes.

You will drive capital formation, build repeatable relationship systems, and elevate executive materials and communications. This tour can become a path to executive leadership at Turing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university or equivalent.
• Exceptional written communication skills with experience producing investment memos, board materials, executive communications, or strategic presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build trust across senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and operate with flexibility around international schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CEO-side capital agenda, coordinating investor target lists, materials, and diligence.
• Deliver external narratives through decks and memos for investors, labs, board, press, and partners.
• Drive strategic partnerships with frontier labs and enterprise customers, with clear next steps and follow-through.
• Build executive relationship intelligence with briefing docs, stakeholder maps, and timely follow-ups.
• Execute high-impact, confidential strategic projects delivering complete staff work and actionable recommendations.
