You will translate complex scientific and product innovations into compelling narratives that support market positioning and business impact.

The role spans strategic campaigns, conference programs, social media, media relations, and governance, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to mentor colleagues and build employee advocacy.

Formación

• 6–8 years of external/scientific communications in healthcare or life sciences.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear narratives.
• Experience leading integrated communications campaigns and thought leadership.
• Proven writing skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own external narrative and scientific communications strategy for Flatiron.
• Develop integrated campaigns across multiple units and align messaging.
• Lead manuscripts, conference campaigns, and executive thought leadership.
• Create social content for executives and manage media relationships.
• Oversee governance, vendor contracts, and communications operations.
