• Experience in digital communications, analytics, and websites.
• Branding guidance and collaboration with external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and external corporate communications strategies that support business goals.
• Write and edit corporate materials: social posts, press releases, town hall content, etc.; coordinate branding assets with external partners.
• Manage channels, branding, and asset updates; oversee content with external creatives.
• Create patient and employee stories with internal and external partners.
• Lead projects from planning through execution; manage timelines and stakeholders.
• Build relationships across functions; act as communications partner.
• Manage editorial calendar and coordinate with agencies for timely delivery.
• Oversee content for social media and company website; analyze performance.
• Plan and execute company-wide town halls and employee events.
• Develop content for global internal newsletter and internal digital signage.
• Manage corporate awards program and budgeting; oversee processes and approvals.
