Job summary

Flatiron Health, Inc. in New York seeks a Lead Product Manager to guide oncology workflow products and drive multi-team strategic initiatives.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, influence ROI, and shape the roadmap for clinically-focused software used daily by care teams. Collaborate with engineers, clinicians, and data scientists to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that improve cancer care and research.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven product management experience: independently scoping requirements, translating end-to-end user journeys into technical backlogs, and leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, ROI, and investment allocations for your teams’ product areas, partnering with PMs and Head of Product.
• Coach and guide teams through product lifecycle from concept to launch, coordinating design, development, and rollout of data-driven, safe clinical solutions.
• Evaluate, prototype, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities to streamline workflows and improve clinical efficiency, at platform scale.
• Translate complex clinical context and business goals into clear product requirements, balancing tradeoffs across portfolio.
• Present roadmap and strategy to senior leadership and external partners, communicating impact and alignment.
