Job summary

GondolaBio, LLC, a standalone rare disease innovator, seeks a strategic scientific storyteller to build conviction through evidence and insight. You will shape the overarching company story, define differentiated asset value propositions, and translate complex biology into credible external narratives across a decentralized portfolio.

You will lead corporate and franchise presentations, investor-facing materials, and signature event content while collaborating with program teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree with strong strategic and commercial fluency.
• Approximately 8+ years in biopharma portfolio/product strategy or related roles.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex biology into credible external narratives.
• Hands-on experience creating high-impact partner/investor materials.
• Ability to synthesize stakeholder and market insights with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define GondolaBio’s overarching strategic and investment narrative across franchises and the portfolio.
• Develop scientifically grounded, commercially compelling asset-level value propositions.
• Shape new-market opportunities and customer/market pathways with program teams.
• Structure insights from industry partners, investors, KOLs, and market participants to sharpen positioning.
• Lead external materials: presentations, decks, executive briefings for partners and investors.
• Define strategic themes for conferences and signature events and manage related content.
• Ensure message consistency across website, media, and external agencies with rigorous fact-checking.
